“In the Royal Chapel of Versailles resonates the music of the coronation of Louis XIV” – Franceinfo

We really enjoyed the show Songs (in January), which sailed between theatre and music, with English Baroque songs. The musical mastermind was Sébastien Daucé, leading part of his ensemble Correspondances, with in particular the excellent singer Lucile Richardot, and here they are again, but in a large group, about thirty musicians, about twenty singers, to animate and recreate in the magnificent royal chapel of Versailles the splendours of the coronation of Louis XIV: at least the enormous musical feast served on this occasion, two hours of varied pieces that accompanied episodes engraved in bronze (or rather gold).
